This moment was long-awaited by the fans of Chernobyl.Exclusion zone. In these three years the show’s shooting team changed a lot, and it even got a new director, Pavel Kostomarov, a renowned documentarian. The action moved to new places, the Disunited States of America and the retro-futuristic Soviet Union of 2013, the show was mainly shot in the U.S. New characters and actors appeared including the Hollywood names, take Mo Gallini, the star of Fast and Furious, featuring David Lynch’s Mulholland Dr. Olga Buzova made a cameo, and the soundtrack was recorded by rapper L’One. Even the broadcasting channel has changed: the show is now on TV-3 channel that claimed to become a new platform for the premium segment drama series. Only one thing remains set in stone: the five friends (Konstantin Davydov, Sergey Romanovich, Kristina Kazinskaya, Valeriya Dmitrieva, Anvar Khalilulaev) defying the Zone and its unfathomable tricks.
